Kingsboro NetZero Data Center Campus
A flagship phased, behind-the-meter AI and hyperscale compute campus located in Kingsboro Industrial Park, Edgecombe County, North Carolina. Approximately 360 buildable acres with 300 MW initial phase capacity, targeting 600 MW firm power and designed to scale up to 900 MW. Powered by on-site natural gas turbine generation with Carbon Sponge carbon capture integrated from day one.
Salem AI Data & Energy Campus
A phased AI data, power generation, and energy storage campus located near Salem Road in Bennettsville, Marlboro County, South Carolina. Approximately 72 acres with up to 10 phases, targeting 250 MWac / 1,000 MWh with integrated natural gas generation and battery energy storage.
