Why we built
OVMG.

The data center market moves fast, but the deals that actually close are built on relationships, not just capital. OVMG was founded on the belief that the most valuable role in a complex transaction isn't the developer or the investor; it's the connector who understands every party's language and can bring them all to the same table.

We built OVMG to be that connective tissue. We originate sites, match them with the right capital and operators, assemble the technical partner network, and manage the deal process from first introduction to close. We don't build; we connect, organize, and move.

The firm is grounded in two things that aren't common in the data center space: a genuine background in environmental conservation, and a deal-first orientation that prioritizes speed, clarity, and trust above everything else. That combination is what makes OVMG different and what makes our deals close.

OVMG is built on relationships that took years to develop. The leadership team brings together deal origination experience, environmental conservation backgrounds, and community development depth, a combination that shapes every site we evaluate and every transaction we take to market.

COO

Tanner South

Tanner South is a builder at the convergence of media, infrastructure, and frontier technology. As COO of OneVibeMediaGroup, he has architected the company's transformation from a high-performing media and marketing operation into a vertically integrated platform at the forefront of AI compute, renewable energy, and next-generation data center development.

What sets Tanner apart is his conviction that media isn't just a business — it's a strategic asset. Under his leadership, OVMG pioneered a model of deploying world-class media capabilities as a trust-building instrument with solar developers, energy storage companies, and infrastructure operators. That strategy has opened doors that capital alone cannot, converting relationships into equity stakes, strategic partnerships, and a growing network of institutional co-investors.

Today, OVMG's infrastructure pipeline spans multiple data center campuses totaling 2.7 gigawatts of planned capacity, a modular Data Center in a Box product line, and a deeply integrated web of offtake, EPC, and capital partners. Tanner orchestrates fundraising strategy, investor relations, and cross-functional deal execution across legal, technical, and financial workstreams simultaneously.

Carsten Gauslow

Carsten Gauslow operates at the rare intersection where creative vision and systems thinking converge. As Founder and Creative Director of OneVibeMediaGroup, he is the force behind every client-facing asset, brand expression, and digital infrastructure the company deploys — from institutional investor decks for multi-hundred-million-dollar data center projects to the immersive experiences that define OVMG's entertainment division.

Carsten's edge is his ability to hold both worlds simultaneously: the precision required to produce credibility-grade deliverables for infrastructure and capital markets, and the creative instinct to build brands that resonate on a human level. He oversees OVMG's full creative and digital stack — website development, content strategy, investor presentation production, and digital tooling — ensuring the company's most ambitious ideas are communicated with the clarity and polish they deserve.

As a core deal architect, Carsten also plays an active role in structuring partnerships and managing the external relationships that keep OVMG's media and infrastructure operations in lockstep.
